Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of projects for complete assembled products, including timeline tracking, resource coordination, and production readiness activities
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities, assisting with the transition of products from development to mass production
- Assist with product engineering activities, including ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and production issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and timely resolution of engineering and production issues
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining product documentation, including First Article Approval (FAA), quality plans, and manufacturing records
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship or industrial attachment experience will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, product engineering, NPI, and manufacturing processes
- Enjoys hands-on technical work and is willing to learn
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements is an advantage
