Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Monitor daily process operations and support wafer movement through the NTI RDA line to ensure timely execution of development activities and experiments.
- Perform lot disposition by reviewing inspection results, process conditions, experimental requirements, and established operational guidelines.
- Escalate abnormal findings to application engineers and process owners when required.
- Support setup, execution, and maintenance of basic inspection recipes across optical inspection workstations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and business requirements.
- Coordinate and prioritize inspection requests from Process Integration, Process Development, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to meet committed cycle time and learning objectives.
- Track and communicate lot status, inspection progress, tool utilization, and operational risks to relevant stakeholders during shift handovers and routine operations reviews.
- Assist engineers in data collection, wafer disposition, experiment execution, recipe qualifications, and characterization activities to support technology development and manufacturing transfers.
- Support the qualification, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational workflows, inspection methodologies, and best practices across RDA inspection workstations.
- Drive adherence to quality, safety, and operational excellence standards while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, cycle time, and inspection readiness.
- Participate in troubleshooting basic recipe, lot flow, and operational issues while working closely with tool owners, application engineers, and cross-functional partners.
- Support technology transfer activities by assisting with process monitoring, inspection execution, and ramp support during new technology introduction and qualification phases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Python, Tableau, Power BI, JMP, or similar analytical platforms is desirable.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of semiconductor process flow, wafer disposition methodologies, defect inspection concepts, and process monitoring practices.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, yield improvement, defectivity management, or inspection systems is desirable.
- Experience with optical inspection tools, metrology systems, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
- Exposure to R&D, technology development, manufacturing transfers, or high-volume manufacturing environments is desirable.
- Exposure to leveraging AI and generative AI for automation and development of productivity improvement projects.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience supporting shift operations in semiconductor manufacturing or development environments.
- Familiarity with recipe setup and execution on optical inspection platforms.
