Hiring | Enterprise Service Management (ServiceNow) Delivery Engineer

📍 Location: Singapore / 1 year Contract 💼 Experience: 5+ Years 🏦 Domain: Financial Services – Data Centre & Network Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Service Management (ServiceNow) Delivery Engineer with a strong background in network engineering/operations, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.

The role will focus on onboarding a 450+ network device estate into ServiceNow, ensuring accurate CMDB data, network discovery, topology mapping, and repeatable ESM onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute network discovery using ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
  • Validate, reconcile, and remediate CMDB configuration items (CIs) and relationships.
  • Onboard network devices, dependencies, attributes, and mappings into ServiceNow.
  • Configure and refine discovery patterns, probes, and credentials.
  • Troubleshoot discovery gaps and CMDB/data-quality issues.
  • Document discovery configurations, onboarding procedures, and CMDB standards.
  • Support ongoing CMDB data-quality governance and knowledge transfer to the permanent Network Operations team.

Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering / network operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, CI relationships, and data quality.
  • Good knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and network topology.
  • Experience with enterprise IT Service Management / ServiceNow environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and data-validation skills.

Good to Have

  • Python / PowerShell scripting for automation and data reconciliation.
  • Experience with large-scale network discovery and CMDB onboarding.
  • Financial services / banking environment experience.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
