The posting

Responsibilities

  • Manage asset transfers for local and foreign markets, including risk management and escalation matters
  • Handle Singapore securities lending and borrowing (SBL) and trade affirmation
  • Process scripless conversions, share transfers and physical share certificate deposits
  • Respond to enquiries from clients, trade representatives and relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with counterparties and custodians to facilitate transactions
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain proper documentation
  • Review and streamline processes to improve efficiency and strengthen controls
  • Collate proxy instructions and prepare submission forms for relevant authorities
  • Assist any other ad-hoc duties assigned

  • Proficient in MS Office
