Details:

  • Rotating Shifts - 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm
  • Serangoon North
  • Permanent Position

Duties:

  • Perform setup, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and alarms, carry out repairs and adjustments, and ensure equipment is operating properly.
  • Carry out maintenance and recovery work to support smooth production and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Record maintenance activities, equipment issues, repairs, parts used, and test results accurately.
  • Assist Engineers with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Support equipment installation, commissioning, upgrading, modification, and other equipment-related projects.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and process improvement activities.
  • Maintain spare parts, tools, testing equipment, and workshop areas in good condition.
  • Support safety initiatives, audits, planned shutdowns, and production recovery activities.
  • Coordinate and monitor contractors and suppliers when required.
  • Escalate recurring or unresolved equipment issues to the relevant Engineer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on equipment maintenance or manufacturing technical experience
