A well-established organization in the real estate industry is currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role

This role is responsible for managing compensation and benefits activities, including salary reviews, bonuses, incentives and employee benefits. Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration practices, while overseeing manpower costs, compensation budgets and related reporting. Prepare compensation analysis, reports and presentations for Board and Remuneration Committee meetings, and support executive remuneration and senior management compensation matters. Partner with HR and business leaders across the Group to provide compensation-related insights and advice, and contribute to the development, review and implementation of compensation policies, frameworks and practices.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related discipline, with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within a large organisation.

Candidates should have strong expertise in compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, incentive schemes, executive remuneration and manpower cost management, with experience preparing analytical reports and presentations for senior management, Board and Remuneration Committee meetings.

Strong analytical, numerical and financial modelling skills, coupled with proficiency in Excel and HR analytics, are essential. The candidate should demonstrate sound business acumen, attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential remuneration matters, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and HR teams across the organisation.
