We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event and Sales Coordinator to join our expanding Events and Sales Marketing team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, developing communication skills, and pursuing personal growth. Whether you are a fresh graduate or exploring a new career path, we provide structured training, hands-on guidance, and ongoing mentorship to help you build your skills and advance your career.

Responsibilities

  • Take part in live event marketing campaigns to engage audiences and increase brand visibility
  • Promote products and services directly to customers to generate interest and drive sales
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute impactful promotional campaigns
  • Build positive customer relationships through engaging interactions and memorable brand experiences
  • Assist in guiding and supporting new team members to strengthen teamwork and overall performance

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • Experience or background in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage audiences and deliver brand messages effectively
  • Positive mindset with a willingness to learn, develop new skills, and adapt to different situations
  • Team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving shared goals
