Description

This role sits at the heart of our events business — bringing to life memorable experiences across some of Singapore's most iconic F&B brands. Whether it's an intimate dinner at Jiak Kim House, a craft beer celebration at Brewerkz, or a vibrant fiesta at Café Iguana, you'll be the person who makes it happen.

We're looking for a self-driven, personable go-getter who loves building relationships, closing deals, and growing a business. This is a pure sales role — ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to a year of experience who are ready to kickstart a career in F&B events and business development.   • Café Iguana – serving modern Mexican food and a pioneer in Singapore's Mexican dining scene since 2000
  • Jiak Kim House – a tribute to modern Asian cuisine housed in a beautifully restored 1920s warehouse along the Singapore River, helmed by Chef-Partner Seow Tzi Qin (TQ)

Responsibilities This role will report directly to Head of Marketing and work closely with outlet teams, the central marketing team, and external vendors. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Promote, sell, and secure group bookings and event enquiries
  • Manage inbound leads, prepare proposals and quotations, handle follow-ups, and confirm event bookings
  • Conduct site visits and present venue offerings professionally
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth sales handover and execution
  • Liaise with third-party vendors when required to meet client expectations (e.g. florists, AV, décor)
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; track leads and conversions
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide reports with insights and recommendations
  • Identify upselling opportunities and stay aware of market trends and competitor offerings
  • Drive new business through cold outreach, on-site networking, and proactive client engagement
  • Deliver excellent pre-sale service that leaves clients excited to come back
  • Support company initiatives and new projects as and when required

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles are welcome
  • Outgoing and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, responsive, and detail-oriented
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Able to juggle multiple clients and timelines without dropping the ball
  • Genuine passion for F&B, hospitality, or events
  • Candidate should ideally possess a tertiary qualification
