Key Responsibilities
* Actively source and generate new event leads and business opportunities
* Develop relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, planners, brands and other potential partners
* Manage incoming event enquiries and follow up on leads promptly
* Conduct site visits, venue presentations and client meetings
* Prepare proposals, quotations and customised event packages
* Negotiate and close event bookings
* Build corporate accounts and drive repeat business
* Identify upselling opportunities across F&B, beverages and event add-ons
* Coordinate closely with outlet operations, kitchen, bar, marketing and other internal teams
* Prepare event briefs, timelines and operational requirements
* Oversee event execution where required to ensure everything runs smoothly
* Liaise with external vendors, AV suppliers, entertainment and other event partners
* Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline
* Work towards monthly and quarterly event revenue targets
* Identify new partnerships, packages and initiatives to grow the events business
Requirements
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in events sales, hospitality, venue sales, MICE, business development or a related field
* Strong commercial and sales mindset with experience in prospecting, pitching and closing deals
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple events and stakeholders concurrently
* Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow projects through from enquiry to execution
* Experience within F&B, hospitality, restaurants or lifestyle venues is preferred
* Existing corporate, events or agency connections will be an advantage
* Comfortable being on-site for events, including selected evenings and weekends when required
