RESPONSIBILITIES
The Executive provides administrative, coordination and operational support to the Goodlife @ Home team in delivering services to vulnerable seniors and their caregivers, including client and case support, referral coordination, outreach and volunteer management, and general administrative duties. Where assigned to HPC Plus / HomeBathing, the Executive additionally manages service collections and clients' Household Means Testing and Financial Assistance applications.
Client & Case Support
- Manage the day-to-day operational tasks
- Handle client enquiries
- Coordinate and initiate referrals and client services
- Assist with basic case management support, including delivering essential items or documents to clients and assisting with follow-up activities
- Support the team in rendering services to the programme, such as home visits and medical escorts
- Initiate referrals to link up community resources to support client and programme needs
- Manage service collections according to Finance Manual, following up promptly on outstanding payments when required
- Assess and submit Financial Assistance applications when required, following up on renewals before expiry
Programme Implementation
- Participate in innovation and quality improvement projects (To elaborate on the key tasks)
- Assist the Programme Manager and Supervisors with planning and executing activities that maintain standards of care
Community Work
- Coordinate outreach activities (e.g. roadshows, community events) with internal and
- external stakeholders
- Keep outreach materials updated
- Manage public relations information or events
Volunteer Management
- Coordinate, facilitate, and support the development and management of Volunteers to meet the needs of Goodlife @ Home
Administrative Support
- Coordinate staff training logistics (e.g. course registration)
- Prepare and process purchases/reimbursement claims in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
- Collect and report performance and service indicators
Ad-hoc Duties
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in any field;
- Diploma in Social Work, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related fields
OTHER INFORMATION
Relevant Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer
- service role
- Experience in a social service, healthcare, or community setting will be an advantage
- Experience handling basic financial administration (e.g. collections, claims processing) will be an advantage

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meticulous and organised, with good attention to detail
- Positive thinker and good team player
- Passion for service excellence and process improvements
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various IT platforms
- Able to speak local languages and dialect (preferable)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic financial literacy and integrity in handling client payments and financial
- assistance applications
