About FeetCare

FeetCare is a Singapore foot health specialist with more than 10 years in operation. We fit and sell professional insole brands such as Formthotics, SOLE Active and Archline, and make custom insoles using in-store 3D foot scanning.

Our customers range from walk-in retail clients to national sports teams and companies running workplace foot health programmes. Our sister division, SafetyCare, supplies PPE and safety footwear under our own +PLUS brand.

We are a small, owner-led team. This role works directly with the director and will shape how the business runs and grows.

The role

You will be the director's right hand: keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly across our outlets, and building two B2B sales channels: corporate clients, and clinics that stock and recommend FeetCare-branded products.

We expect the time to split roughly 60% operations and executive support, 40% B2B sales (corporate and clinic), shifting towards sales as operations become more systematised. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes owning outcomes, not just completing tasks.

Key responsibilities

Operations

  • Coordinate daily outlet operations: staff rosters, opening readiness, and escalations from frontline staff
  • Manage inventory across outlets — stock counts, reorder points, purchase orders and supplier follow-ups
  • Track sales, appointments and stock data, and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the director
  • Document and improve SOPs for fitting, scanning, customer follow-up and returns
  • Oversee vendor, landlord and service provider matters (maintenance, utilities, licences)
  • Support customer service escalations and online orders

Corporate sales

  • Build a pipeline of corporate clients for workplace foot health programmes, staff screening days and bulk insole orders
  • Prospect and qualify leads among HR, wellness and safety managers in sectors with high standing or walking loads (logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, F&B, retail, security)
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, and coordinate on-site screening events with our fitting team
  • Manage existing corporate and sports team accounts: renewals, re-orders and feedback
  • Keep the CRM up to date and report pipeline and revenue against targets
  • Represent FeetCare at exhibitions, corporate health fairs and industry events

Clinic sales

  • Identify and approach podiatry, physiotherapy, chiropractic, sports medicine and GP clinics to stock or recommend FeetCare-branded products
  • Present products to clinicians, train clinic staff on product features and fitting, and supply samples and point-of-sale materials
  • Negotiate trade terms, process orders and manage stock replenishment for clinic partners
  • Track sell-through per clinic and grow the number of active clinic accounts

Executive support

  • Prepare documents, presentations and correspondence
  • Run special projects as needed, such as new outlet set-up, system roll-outs and marketing campaigns
  • Use AI and digital tools to automate repetitive admin and reporting

Requirements

Must have

  • Friendly personality with a desire to care and help people who are suffering
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Management or a related field
  • Proven record of winning or growing B2B accounts, with examples you can talk us through
  • Strong organisation: you juggle many moving parts without dropping follow-ups
  • Clear written and spoken English; confident presenting to HR and management audiences
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, and quick to learn new software

Nice to have

  • Experience selling corporate wellness programmes, or selling products into allied health clinics (podiatry, physiotherapy, sports medicine)
  • Existing network among HR, safety or wellness decision-makers in Singapore
  • Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) for everyday work
  • Interest in sports, running or foot health
