Career Opportunity: Executive Assistant (Senior Director Support)

Are you a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our client’s senior director. This position demands absolute discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and a high level of professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Travel Management: Oversee complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and manage comprehensive travel itineraries.
  • Executive Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between senior executives and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare confidential briefs, corporate presentations, and meticulous meeting minutes.
  • Operational Support: Anticipate executive requirements and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

  • Education: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience supporting senior leadership and C-suite individuals.
  • Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, superb time-management, and proven problem-solving capabilities.

Key Terms of Engagement:

  • Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
  • Salary: Up to $4,500 basic
