Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day building and facilities operations, including inspections, maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, breakdowns and facilities improvement works.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure works are completed on time.
- Manage facilities requests, service contracts, permits, quotations and related documentation.
- Monitor building systems, equipment, licences, certificates and contract expiry dates.
- Support purchasing activities, including quotation comparison, purchase orders and invoice verification.
- Monitor facilities expenses and assist with budget tracking and cost control.
- Manage PPE, uniforms and safety equipment inventory, issuance and servicing.
- Support WSH, ISO, audit and compliance-related administrative activities.
- Manage office, general workplace supplies and services.
- Maintain proper records, reports and documentation for facilities and administration.
- Prepare monthly facilities and administration reports.
- Perform other facilities and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years of experience in facilities, building management or general administration.
- Experience in coordinating contractors, vendors and maintenance works.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
