Retail Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly customer service and styling advice.
  • Assist customers with product selection, purchases, returns and exchanges.
  • Handle cashiering and payments.
  • Replenish stock and keep the store neat and organized.
  • Maintain attractive merchandise displays.
  • Assist with stock receiving, stock counts and daily store operations.

Requirements

  • Friendly, positive and customer-oriented.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in fashion and retail.
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proactive team player willing to learn.
  • Retail experience is a plus, but not required, Training will be provided.
