As a Financial Planner, you’ll help individuals and families grow, protect and plan their wealth for every stage of life.

What you’ll do

  • Meet clients and understand their goals, cash flow and concerns
  • Analyse their financial portfolios holistically and identify gaps
  • Advise on wealth accumulation, retirement planning and cash flow strategies (including DPMS)
  • Recommend suitable solutions across unit trusts, ETFs, structured notes, insurance and retirement plans
  • Build long-term relationships and support clients as their lives change
  • Learn and grow through mentorship, structured training and regular team coaching

Who we’re looking for

Fresh graduates: You don’t need finance experience. If you’re curious, coachable and driven to build something of your own, we’ll teach you the rest.

Career switchers: Bring your work experience, maturity and people skills. Teachers, engineers, executives and service professionals have all become strong advisers because they know how to listen and build trust.

Sales professionals: If you can build rapport, handle objections and keep going after a “no”, you already have the foundation. Here you’ll apply those skills to advisory work built on long-term relationships and repeat referrals.

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in any discipline (degree preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and eager to learn
  • Willingness to obtain the required MAS licensing (we guide you through it)
