Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Planning Consultant, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individuals, families, and business owners.
  • Develop personalized financial plans covering wealth accumulation, protection, retirement, education, healthcare, and legacy planning.
  • Recommend suitable wealth management solutions, including insurance, investments, savings, retirement planning, and estate planning.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional advice and ongoing portfolio reviews.
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, seminars, and digital marketing.
  • Stay updated on financial markets, investment opportunities, and MAS regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holders (any discipline).
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve financial security and long-term wealth.
  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and entrepreneurial.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience in banking, insurance, financial advisory, wealth management, investment, real estate, relationship management, or sales is an advantage—but not required.

Fresh graduates and career switchers are also welcome.
