Financial Services Manager

Build Your Career in Financial Services — No Prior Experience Required

We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals with prior leadership, supervisory or people-management experience to join our growing team as a Financial Services Manager (FSM).

As a Financial Services Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Wealth Managers.
  • Support and guide team members in client engagement and business development.
  • Conduct training, coaching and performance development for your team.
  • Participate in recruitment and team-building activities.
  • Develop a strong and sustainable team culture.
  • Drive team development and business growth.
  • Develop your own leadership and people-management capabilities through structured training and mentorship.

Leadership Experience Required

This position is intended for candidates who have prior experience leading, supervising, managing or mentoring others.

Relevant experience may include:

  • Team leadership or supervisory roles
  • People management
  • Sales team leadership
  • Project or operations leadership
  • Coaching or mentoring
  • Student organisation or community leadership
  • Other roles involving responsibility for developing or managing people

Prior financial services experience is not required. Training and guidance will be provided to help you develop the necessary industry knowledge.
