More than a Fitness Development Manager, I am the driving force behind amber’s identity, growth, and future.

As the lead of amber, you will play a key role in shaping the brand, developing your team, and creating an exceptional experience for our members. We are seeking a passionate, experienced and self-motivated individual with strong studio management and coaching experience, who understands the fitness industry and has the vision to take amber to the next level. Responsibilities:

· Take overall ownership of brand identity, ensuring the outlet(s) consistently reflect the vision and customer experience.

· Act as the face and key representative of amber, building strong relationships with members, clients, and staff.

· Oversee the day-to-day management and fitness operations, providing ongoing guidance and support for coaches to maintain consistent standards delivered across the outlet(s).

· Develop and implement training programmes and coaching methodologies that align with current fitness trends and amber’s brand philosophy.

· Work closely with management and other related functions to develop and execute amber’s short & long-term business and brand strategies, including new programmes, activities, and growth opportunities.

· Monitor amber’s overall performance, including the promotion and sales of membership packages, and provide regular operational and brand development reports covering key achievements, challenges, sales performance, and recommendations.

· Foster a strong team culture and sense of ownership, taking responsibility for people management; team performance, development and motivation, while creating an environment where the team is aligned with amber’s vision and motivated to grow together.
