Job Details including but not limited to:

Trading Desk Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for the trading desk, providing day-to-day operational and technical support.
  • Troubleshoot real-time trading issues and coordinate with internal technology and operations teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and escalate trade breaks, execution anomalies, or client-impacting issues.

Client Onboarding & Maintenance

  • Lead new client onboarding for the Prime Services business, including account setup, trade flow testing, and system readiness checks.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and KYC/AML teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client records and monitor client-specific trading requirements.

Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with external vendors supporting trading systems, connectivity, and related infrastructure.
  • Coordinate issue escalation and resolution with vendors to minimize disruption to trading.
  • Review vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.

Issue Resolution & Incident Management

  • Investigate and resolve trade-related issues in collaboration with trading, technology, and operations teams.
  • Document recurring issues and work with stakeholders to drive process improvements and prevent recurrence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and solutions.

Trade Floor Support (Horizontal Build-Out)

  • Contribute to the design and establishment of a horizontal trade floor support team covering.
  • Help define standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent support across business lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform resilience and scalability.

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years of experience working with the FIX protocol
  • Knowledge of FIX Protocol and experience in the FIX onboarding / Client Connectivity Space.
  • Proficiency in Requirement Gathering and interaction with the stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace / rapidly changing work environment.
