Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and transport operations, ensuring efficient vehicle deployment, driver coordination, and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily fleet and transport operations.
  • Plan and coordinate driver schedules, vehicle assignments, and delivery routes.
  • Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely completion of transport jobs.
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance with safety procedures.
  • Handle delivery delays, vehicle breakdowns, and operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore road transport and workplace safety regulations.
  • Liaise with customers, drivers, and the operations team.
  • Prepare daily and monthly fleet performance report

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage drivers and handle daily operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with GPS tracking and fleet management systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Singapore driving licence is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
