Club 76 is a private members’ club in the heart of Singapore. We provide members and their guests with personalised hospitality, refined dining and thoughtfully curated experiences in an exclusive club environment.
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations, lead the service team and maintain the club’s hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities · Supervise daily food and beverage operations across the club’s dining and private function areas. · Lead pre-shift briefings, allocate duties and coordinate the service team throughout each shift. · Ensure members and guests receive attentive, discreet and personalised service. · Welcome members and guests, manage seating arrangements and respond promptly to requests. · Maintain a strong working knowledge of menus, beverages, wines and current promotions. · Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and other departments to deliver smooth and timely service. · Oversee the setup and execution of private dinners, meetings, events and member functions. · Review reservations, special requests, dietary requirements and event arrangements before service. · Monitor service timing, food presentation, table settings and overall dining-room readiness. · Handle member feedback and service recovery professionally and report significant matters to management. · Train, coach and monitor full-time and part-time service staff. · Prepare staff rosters and assist with attendance and working-hour records. · Monitor stock levels and assist with requisitions, inventory counts and stock control. · Ensure bills, discounts, voids and member charges are processed accurately. · Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety standards. · Ensure compliance with applicable food safety requirements and club procedures. · Report operational issues, incidents and maintenance requirements promptly. · Support the General Manager with other operational duties when required.
Requirements · At least three years of supervisory experience in a fine dining restaurant, hotel, private club or premium hospitality environment. · Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures. · Confident in leading, coaching and training a service team. · Professional appearance with strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Service-oriented, composed and attentive to detail. · Able to manage member feedback and operational challenges professionally. · Comfortable using point-of-sale and reservation systems. · Able to work independently and as part of a small team. · Available for shift work, evenings, weekends and public holidays. · Relevant food hygiene certification would be an advantage.
Preferred Attributes · Experience in a private members’ club, fine-dining restaurant or luxury hotel. · Knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails. · Familiarity with fine dining and private-event service. · A strong understanding of member preferences, discretion and confidentiality. · Ability to anticipate requirements and deliver personalised service.
