Client Introduction

We work with established hotels in Singapore, partnering with them to recruit quality talent across Sales, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and Corporate Functions. Our focus is on connecting hospitality professionals with opportunities to grow their careers while supporting our clients’ talent and business needs.

Job Scope

  • Manage daily operations across assigned restaurants, bars or F&B outlets.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, training, inventory and cost control.
  • Monitor revenue performance and resolve guest feedback or service issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel or restaurant F&B operations.
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
