Job Summary

Support daily food preparation and stall operations by preparing ingredients, handling customer orders and payments, packing and serving food accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with stock and opening/closing tasks in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking to support food preparation
  • Take customer orders and process POS and cashless payments accurately
  • Pack dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders with attention to accuracy
  • Serve and hand over food to customers promptly and courteously
  • Replenish ingredients, sauces, packaging, and other supplies to maintain stock levels
  • Receive and organise stock deliveries to ensure proper inventory management
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall, kitchen equipment, and work areas following food safety and company SOPs
  • Wash utensils, cookware, and equipment as needed to support hygiene standards
  • Provide friendly and polite customer service to enhance customer experience
  • Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth stall operations
  • Handle physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, carrying supplies, and cleaning to support daily operations
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak meal periods

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in F&B or hawker operations is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and team dynamics
