We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Forklift Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have relevant warehouse experience, a valid forklift licence and a strong commitment to workplace safety, we welcome your application!

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: Up to $3,000/month, depending on experience
  • Meal Allowance: $8 per workday
  • Transport Allowance: $8 per workday
  • Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
  • Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift
  • Working Schedule: Rotational 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week
  • Day Shift: 8:00AM – 8:00PM
  • Night Shift: 8:00PM – 8:00AM
  • Rest Day: Fixed Sundays off
  • Location: Tampines East
  • Overtime opportunities, subject to operational requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and issuing materials.
  • Operate forklifts safely for the movement, loading and unloading of goods.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing materials against delivery orders and inventory records.
  • Conduct stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Update inventory movements and warehouse records using computer systems.
  • Maintain proper storage, housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material supply and smooth warehouse operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid forklift licence.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain inventory records.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse duties, including standing, walking and handling materials.
  • Able to communicate in basic spoken English.
  • Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidates with experience as a Forklift Operator, Warehouse Operator, Warehouse Assistant, Storekeeper, Logistics Assistant or Material Handler are encouraged to apply.
