The posting

Job Summary

Work as an independent sales consultant, the way property and insurance agents do. You will introduce Trelinx's AI-powered voice and messaging solutions to SME owners and managers, advise them on how it fits their business, and earn commission on every deal you close. You set your own hours and territory.

Responsibilities

  • Build your client base from company-provided leads, your own network and referrals
  • Meet SME owners and managers in person and online to understand how they handle customer calls and messages
  • Recommend the right Trelinx package and explain pricing clearly
  • Follow up by WhatsApp, phone and LinkedIn until the prospect makes a decision
  • Represent Trelinx at networking events and business meetups
  • Keep your sales pipeline updated and report progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in commission-based sales, such as property, insurance, financial advisory or direct sales, is an advantage
  • Comfortable approaching business owners and building long-term relationships
  • Self-directed in managing your own hours, territory and follow-ups
  • Reside in Singapore and have the ability to engage with local SME decision-makers
