Job Title: Front of House Monthly Salary: UP to $3500 (Negotiable) Working Address: Siglap Working Hours: 5 Day Work Week, 10 Hours per day (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM OR 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Represent the restaurant as a welcoming and professional ambassador, upholding the brand’s image, personality and service standards. - Greet, welcome and engage guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner. - Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure they are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar teams. - Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and attention to detail. - Provide attentive, personalised service throughout the guest’s dining experience. - Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs and requests in a timely and professional manner. - Understand guests’ preferences and provide suitable food and beverage recommendations. - Maintain close attention to assigned sections and tables to ensure guests are well attended to throughout service. - Communicate guests’ dietary requirements, allergies and special requests to the kitchen and bar teams. - Keep up to date with menu items, ingredients and availability to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests. - Assist with table turnover during service by clearing, cleaning and resetting tables efficiently for the next seating. - Handle guest checks, cash receipts and payments accurately. - Assist with the breakdown and resetting of the restaurant after service, ensuring the venue is ready for the next service period. - Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the front-of-house area at all times. - Comply with all food safety, hygiene and restaurant service standards. - Work closely with the wider FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in restaurant service or a similar hospitality role. - Positive, outgoing and personable, with a genuine passion for creating a great guest experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Well-presented, attentive and customer-focused. - Self-motivated, disciplined and eager to learn. - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. - A strong team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
