Full Stack Engineer

Location: Singapore Employment Type: Permanent Experience: 5+ years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to lead technical delivery across the software development lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and production support. The role also involves working closely with and mentoring client engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery, architecture, and solution design for new and existing applications.
  • Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
  • Design APIs and integration solutions, and conduct POCs to validate technical decisions.
  • Drive code quality, testing, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and technical best practices.
  • Identify technical risks and communicate solutions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Support production operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Mentor and coach engineering teams through pairing, workshops, and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience across development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, APIs, and modern software architecture.
  • Experience working on both new applications and legacy modernisation projects.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, testing, security, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching engineers is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Consultancy or client-facing experience is an advantage.
