The posting

We are looking for a Full-Time AI Trainer who combines strong training and facilitation skills with a genuine interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies.

This is a hands-on training role. Beyond delivering lessons, you will be responsible for guiding learners, facilitating practical activities, conducting assessments, managing the classroom, and creating a positive and effective learning experience.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, adaptable and committed to continuous learning. As AI tools and technologies evolve rapidly, you should be comfortable exploring new platforms, learning independently and translating new developments into practical learning experiences.

A creative background or strong creative instinct will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training programmes in Generative AI and related digital skills.
  • Facilitate lessons, discussions, demonstrations and hands-on activities.
  • Guide and support learners with different levels of experience and abilities.
  • Conduct, evaluate and provide feedback on learner assessments in accordance with programme requirements.
  • Manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Prepare adequately for each class and ensure lessons are delivered according to the curriculum and intended learning outcomes.
  • Provide constructive feedback, coaching and guidance to learners.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, training records and other required classroom documentation.
  • Identify learners who may require additional support and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Work closely with the Academic team to review and improve course materials, lesson plans and learning activities.
  • Explore emerging AI tools and technologies and translate them into relevant, practical learning experiences.
  • Support the development and testing of new programmes and course content.
  • Participate in internal training and other academic or operational initiatives when required.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • The ability to explain concepts clearly and make technical topics approachable.
  • Confidence in managing a classroom and engaging groups of learners.
  • A strong sense of accountability, ownership and follow-through.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Generative AI tools and the ability to independently learn and explore new platforms.
  • A genuine interest in AI, technology and their practical applications.
  • Patience and the ability to support learners with different learning needs and abilities.
  • The ability to provide clear, constructive and actionable feedback.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to manage both training delivery and administrative responsibilities.
  • Creative thinking or experience in a creative field will be an advantage.

Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, Higgsfield, n8n or other Generative AI platforms will be advantageous.

Previous experience in teaching, training, facilitation or coaching is preferred. Relevant training qualifications such as ACLP will be an advantage but are not essential.

The Ideal Candidate

You do not need to know every AI tool available.

We are more interested in someone who can teach effectively, learn quickly and take ownership.

You should be confident standing in front of a classroom and facilitating a group, while also being comfortable working one-on-one with a learner who may be struggling and helping them work through a problem.
