The posting

  • General Premises Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of the compound, surrounding areas and internal fencing by sweeping, removing debris and clearing unwanted items.
  • Parking Area Maintenance: Clean car parks, tanker parking areas and the diesel pump area, ensuring that rubbish and litter are removed regularly.
  • Lobby and Staircase Cleaning: Sweep and mop the main entrance lobby and staircases daily, and clean entrance glass panels.
  • Waste Disposal: Collect rubbish, dispose of waste in designated bins and maintain clean rubbish collection points.
  • Toilet Hygiene: Clean and sanitise toilet facilities, including wash basins, taps, urinals, toilet bowls, cubicles, partitions, mirrors and wall tiles. Remove cobwebs and replenish company-provided consumables as required.
  • Grass Cutting and Landscaping: Trim grass, remove weeds where required, collect dried leaves and dispose of garden waste properly.
  • Drain Maintenance: Remove leaves, sand and debris from surrounding drains and use high-pressure water jet equipment where appropriate to prevent blockages.
  • Tanker Cleaning Support: Assist with scheduled tanker washing and cleaning in coordination with the Transport and Workshop Departments.
  • Rooftop Maintenance: Sweep rooftop areas, clear accumulated debris and ensure rainwater outlets remain unobstructed.
  • Warehouse Housekeeping: Sweep designated warehouse floors and remove waste to maintain workplace cleanliness.
  • Safety and Housekeeping: Follow applicable workplace safety procedures and use cleaning equipment and materials appropriately.
  • Other Duties: Perform other relevant cleaning and general maintenance duties assigned by management.
