The posting

  • Oversee and manage the overall operations of the cleaning services business, including cleaning contracts for commercial buildings, offices, factories and public areas.
  • Develop business strategies to secure new cleaning contracts, expand the customer base and achieve company growth.
  • Manage cleaning operations, manpower deployment, site supervisors and cleaning staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors and building management to understand service requirements and maintain good business relationships.
  • Prepare and monitor operational budgets, contract costs, manpower expenses and financial performance.
  • Ensure cleaning services comply with contractual obligations, workplace safety requirements and applicable Singapore regulations.
  • Monitor service quality, conduct operational reviews and implement improvements to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee recruitment, staff training, performance management and workforce planning.
  • Review contract tenders, quotations, service agreements and operational reports.
  • Lead and guide management teams to achieve business objectives and maintain the company's competitiveness in the cleaning services industry.
