The posting

Salary: Up to $3,200 per month Duration: 1-year

Job Scopes: We are looking for a detail-oriented Case Executive to support case management, customer enquiries and administrative operations. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in customer service, case management, HR administration or operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned cases and respond to enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
  • Handle enquiries relating to employee/service benefits, schemes, policies and administrative matters.
  • Manage cases from initial enquiry through resolution while meeting required service standards and timelines.
  • Support administration of benefits, retention schemes, contract extensions and related processes.
  • Review and maintain accurate employee records and rectify discrepancies in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve system, data and entitlement-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist with appeals and exception/deviation cases, including preparation of supporting information.
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases where required.
  • Ensure all cases are handled in accordance with relevant internal policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute towards team KPIs and service quality targets.

  • Singaporean (s) only.
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
