What you’ll do

  • Find and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job adverts, referrals and our global database.
  • Interview candidates to understand their skills, ambitions and career goals.
  • Match people with opportunities and support them through interviews, offers and starting their new role.
  • Build your network and knowledge of the maritime industry, working alongside experienced recruiters.

Where this could take you

Start by becoming confident in candidate attraction and selection. As your skills develop, progress into managing recruitment assignments and client accounts, then winning new business and running your own recruitment desk.

Your progression will be based on your performance and readiness to take the next step.

What you’ll bring

  • A degree in maritime studies or another subject—we welcome graduates from different backgrounds.
  • Strong communication skills and an interest in getting to know people.
