We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer at Singapore Swimming Club, you’ll play an important role in bringing our Club’s brand and member experiences to life through creative visual communications.

Depending on your experience level, you may take on either a hands-on design role or a broader role with greater ownership over creative direction, quality control, campaigns, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver marketing and communication materials across print, digital, and on-site platforms, including menus, publications, promotional collaterals, social media assets, website visuals, signage, and event branding.
  • Ensure creative outputs are aligned with the Club’s brand guidelines, quality standards, and communication objectives.
  • Support major campaigns, events, and member engagement initiatives through strong visual concepts and design execution.
  • Plan and coordinate photography and videography coverage for Club events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Support or oversee filming, editing, and post-production work.
  • Coordinate visual content updates for the Club’s website and digital platforms.
  • Work closely with internal departments to translate communication needs into effective visual materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers, printers, and production partners.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual ideas to strengthen member engagement and the Club’s overall brand presence.
  • For more senior candidates, provide creative direction, review design work, and support quality control across projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, branding and visual aesthetics.
  • Comfortable with print, digital, social media, photography and basic video editing.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of relevant design experience for the Graphic Designer level.
  • Candidates with stronger experience in creative direction, project ownership, brand consistency and quality control may be considered for the Senior Graphic Designer level.
  • Experience in hospitality, Club, F&B, lifestyle or events is an advantage.
  • A strong portfolio across print and digital work is preferred.
