About the role

To control the financial operations of the organization at all levels.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit monthly group financial statements, budgets, cash flow projections, and KPIs to the BOD
  • Assist the BOD in developing business growth strategies, managing capital structure, and integrating corporate financial goals across company operations
  • Monitor performance against annual budgets and oversee business and financial risk management functions
  • Oversee bank accounts, working capital, cash flow, banking facilities, GST, and annual audit coordination
  • Oversee project financial tracking alongside Quantity Surveyors (QS) and project teams, including job costing, claim reconciliations, retention collections, and project revenue tracking
  • Supervise, guide and review the work of accounts staff

About you

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance
  • 8+ years of full-sets accounting experience with supervisory background
  • Prior experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or Renovation is preferred
  • Hands-on proficiency in Synergix ERP (or similar construction ERP) and Microsoft Excel
