We are looking for a passionate fitness professional to join our team as a Part time Trainer of Base Training

About Base Training

Base Training is a community-powered hybrid strength and conditioning group training fitness brand.

What makes a great candidate:

A great trainer is a individual who can inspire others and practices what he/she preaches. This candidate should exude great energy and positivity and is able to rally a group of people (members and other trainers) to work towards their goals effectively. This person should be passionate and knowledgeable about the fitness industry - and looking to build a meaningful career and impact in their work.

Requirements

• 1 - 4 years of practical fitness experience, specifically in group exercise formats

• Proven track record in running and leading group fitness programs

• Strong communication ability (in English)

The ideal candidate should have:

• An interest in growing a career in fitness

• The dedication and commitment to help deliver the S30 experience

• The ability to develop strong relationship with others (members and team) and an interest in developing a strong fitness community

• Problem solving skills especially in relation to people and process issues

• A fun-loving and positive attitude: Love what you will be doing

• Ensure members have a safe and hygienic space for their workouts

• Maintain the equipment and facilities within the studio

• Engage with members to build relationships and a strong fitness community

• Attract and promote the Base Training experience to potential members

• Work closely with fellow colleagues and studio manager to elevate our Base Training experience and explore growth opportunities for the business
