About the Role

Meraki Salad Bar is an artisanal, health-focused salad bar in Singapore’s CBD. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic Growth & Brand Marketing Associate to work alongside the founder to drive footfall, launch community events, and secure corporate office catering.

This role combines field business development, community building, and social media content creation. It is ideal for a proactive fresh graduate or early-career marketer who wants hands-on commercial experience scaling a consumer wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Outreach & B2B Lunch Orders

  • Walk into and connect with corporate offices, co-working spaces, and HR/wellness teams within walking distance in the CBD.
  • Coordinate complimentary salad tasting drops to office managers to convert them into weekly catering clients.
  • Promote team lunch pre-orders and festive grazing platters for corporate meetings, wellness days, and town halls.
  • Manage direct WhatsApp/online pre-orders to ensure smooth delivery before the peak lunch hour.

2. Community Run Club & Fitness Collabs

  • Help coordinate community running sessions and wellness meetups (e.g., weekend 5km morning runs ending at the store).
  • Connect with nearby fitness studios (spin, pilates, gym, yoga) to distribute member perks and partner on post-workout promotions.

3. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Shoot and edit aesthetic, short-form reels and TikTok videos (using CapCut/Canva) featuring our menu, ingredients, prep, and community runs.
  • Post regularly (3–4 times per week) maintaining a clean, minimalist, and premium brand aesthetic.
  • Engage with online followers, answer customer inquiries, and assist with delivery platform promos (GrabFood).

Who We Are Looking For

  • Profile: Fresh Polytechnic diploma or University degree holders in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality (0–2 year of working experience).
  • Personality: Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable speaking to people face-to-face in corporate lobbies and fitness studios.
  • Content Skills: Natural eye for aesthetic social media content; comfortable shooting and editing mobile video.
  • Interest: A genuine interest in fitness, healthy eating, and active living.
  • Eligibility: Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents. Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: S$2,500 / month. Sales Commission: 10%–12% commission on all corporate catering and office pre-order revenue generated. Career Growth: Clear performance roadmap to increase base salary as store sales scale.
