Company Overview We are a leading lifestyle and wellness group managing a diverse portfolio of prominent brands. We are seeking a highly driven Growth Marketing and Partnership Manager to spearhead cross-brand synergies and maximize customer lifetime value across our ecosystem.
Role Summary This role focuses on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention by leveraging our proprietary lifestyle mobile application and extensive internal customer database. The ideal candidate will design and execute scalable cross-referral programs, build strategic external partnerships, and unlock new growth channels across all our sub-brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to encourage cross-referrals and cross-spending among our existing customer base using our proprietary app.
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with external brands and corporate entities to drive new customer acquisition and enhance member benefits.
- Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage data-driven marketing campaigns (in-app, email, SMS, push notifications) aimed at increasing app adoption and user engagement.
- Data Analytics: Monitor and analyze user journeys, conversion rates, and campaign performance to optimize ROI and identify new growth loops.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations, tech, and individual brand marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of promotions and partnership mechanics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, or CRM, ideally within the retail, wellness, or tech sectors.
- Proven track record of managing loyalty programs, mobile app marketing, or internal database monetization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
