The posting

JD:

  • Manage the overall project handover process from Mechanical Completion (MC) through pre-commissioning, commissioning and final handover to the Client.
  • Develop and implement project handover plans, procedures and schedules in accordance with contractual and Client requirements.
  • Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC and Commissioning teams to ensure timely system completion and turnover.
  • Manage system walkdowns, punch list identification, tracking and closure to ensure handover readiness.
  • Oversee the preparation, verification and submission of handover dossiers, as-built drawings, test reports, O&M manuals and completion certificates.
  • Liaise with the Client (SLNG), consultants and project stakeholders on handover inspections, documentation and acceptance requirements.
  • Monitor handover progress, identify potential delays and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Ensure all handover deliverables meet project quality, safety and contractual requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or LNG EPC projects, with proven experience in project handover or system completion management.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and System Turnover processes.
  • Experience in managing handover documentation, punch lists, completion certificates and Client acceptance procedures.
  • Previous experience in LNG terminals or large-scale EPC projects is highly preferred.
  • The work palce is located at Jurong East.
