I specialize in Financial Advisory (FA) and Insurance Roles; please browse [More jobs from this company] for more roles.
I am working with a client company that provides tailored life insurance and wealth protection solutions, helping high-net-worth families and their professional advisers safeguard legacies across generations.
Established in Europe in 2000 and named to reflect historical values of governance, we embody independence, protection, and adherence to the rule of law. Operating legally across more than 35 countries with regional hubs spanning over 10 distinct international sites, our collective of roughly 100 professionals delivers comprehensive cross-border capabilities paired with regional expertise. We partner closely with families and their trusted advisers – tax lawyers, trustees, private bankers, external asset managers, wealth planners, and accountants – never managing assets ourselves, but providing seamless, compliant insurance-based structures that integrate with existing plans.
THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Case Manager to join the regional branch to oversee the complete operational workflow of life insurance applications, focusing heavily on affluent clients and private placement life insurance. The position encompasses initial application configuration, end-to-end case tracking, and ongoing policy maintenance, guaranteeing precise filing, swift progress, and full conformity to internal and external protocols.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist distribution partners in delivering customized insurance strategies and account services to affluent individuals.
- Oversee the comprehensive administrative lifecycle of life policies, guaranteeing the rapid processing of incoming applications while maintaining tight communication with underwriters and global counterparties.
- Act as the key operational point of contact throughout the application process, working closely with stakeholders in managing documentation requirements, timelines, outstanding items and next steps, and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Examine submission materials and background files (encompassing identity verification, corporate and fiduciary paperwork, alongside asset verification) to confirm thoroughness and precision, keeping all records refreshed inside tracking systems.
- Draft traditional life insurance quotes, product evaluations, and contextual data packages intended for prospective client pitches.
- Arrange medical examinations and coordinate underwriting requirements with insurers and third-party providers to support timely case decisions.
- Guarantee absolute alignment with prevailing rules and legal codes, including regional insurance frameworks, anti-money laundering policies, international tax information sharing mandates, and carrier-stipulated criteria, keeping records audit-compliant at all times.
- Provide after-sales policy servicing support, including premium processing coordination, policy delivery, and policy endorsements or amendments.
- Provide general support for internal process improvements and ad hoc projects/reports as required.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, law, or a related discipline.
- Holding between three and seven years of professional experience across life insurance workflows, new business processing, underwriting assistance, sales management, or fiduciary administration, preferably centered on cross-border affluent clients or wealth advisory.
- Solid understanding of life insurance documentation standards, case workflows, and underwriting coordination processes.
- Strong familiarity with corporate setups and trust paperwork, such as registrar listings, fiduciary deeds, corporate mandates, and account creation forms.
- Experience with PPLI or other sophisticated HNW insurance solutions is a strong advantage.
- Background handling client intake procedures and financial crime screenings, backed by a firm grasp of background check standards required to secure compliance sign-off.
- Superior command of both written and spoken English, while fluency in Mandarin is highly preferable to facilitate routine coordination with Mandarin-speaking patrons, external specialists, and institutional allies across the broader geographic zone.
- Strong organizational skills, high accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to exercise sound judgment, identify gaps or issues proactively, and determine when matters should be escalated.
- Client-centric, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
- Flexible, resilient, and hands-on, with a willingness to support different operational areas where needed.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A full-time position within a respected, independent global firm committed to protecting our clients’ wealth.
- The chance to actively contribute to expanding and developing our regional branch office while enjoying clear visibility as our footprint widens throughout the territory.
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
- You will become part of a tightly integrated group of experts dedicated to confidentiality and absolute accuracy. Your professional growth will be encouraged through meaningful responsibilities and thoughtful guidance as we work alongside high-net-worth families and their professional advisers to protect wealth across generations.
By applying, you consent that the contents of your CV and job-seeking preferences will be processed for the purpose of job matching.
