Work hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks including calls, filing, printing, mailing, courier arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Manage HR support, including staff attendance, leave records, employee details, recruitment, onboarding, training, and welfare activities.
  • Manage renewals and compliance for insurance, permits, certifications, ISO, GMP, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchasing, maintenance, and renewal of equipment/assets, and raise Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP.
  • Support company and department activities, including meetings, minutes, events, annual check-ups, and other tasks assigned by management or HR.
