HipVan is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to bring in talents for our growing team and also creating a fun filled environment for everyone! You will play a key role in talent acquisition while ensuring all administrative and operational support procedures are seamlessly maintained for both employees and the company.

Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including placing job advertisements, arranging interviews, and sourcing the best talent suited for the company.

Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle on-boarding processes (pre-employment checks, employment contracts, staff orientation) and off-boarding procedures.

HR Administration & Payroll: Handle administrative matters pertaining to staff employment and maintain accurate employee records in payroll systems.

General Administration & Operations: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Compliance & Policies: Keep abreast of all legal and statutory requirements, ensuring full compliance with Singapore labor laws, the Employment Act, statutory guidelines, and MOM-related HR policies.

Employee Engagement: Implement and organize team events, enhancing organizational performance by building strong workplace relationships.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar HR and administrative role.

- Must speak, write, and fully understand both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates

- Proficient in MS-Office and G-Suite applications. Familiarity with HR systems is a plus

- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment

- Well versed with Employment Act, statutory guidelines and HR related policies with accordance to MOM

- Highly organized, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player, and a fast learner
