about the job An exciting opportunity for a 1-year contract role as an HR Advisory Lead based near City Hall, driving core advisory operations and leading strategic HR initiatives.

  • Lead, implement, and integrate core HR programs including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, and Workforce Data.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise on global process design, deployment, and ongoing contractual scope maintenance.
  • Direct and manage the advisory team, taking ownership of decisions, solving complex challenges, and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align human resources strategies with broader business objectives and workforce planning.
  • Design and implement innovative agentic HR frameworks and monitor global industry best practices.

skills and experience required.

  • Proven track record in HR advisory leadership, team management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Hands-on experience in agentic HR design, development, or implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in business requirements gathering and contract solution gap analysis.
  • Experience with enterprise human capital management systems such as SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Background in business operating models is an advantage.
