What You’ll Do

  • Source and identify candidates through job portals, networking and direct sourcing
  • Understand clients’ hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing career guidance and keeping them updated throughout the hiring process
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients
  • Proactive, driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
