Public Sector Exposure | $4,000 - $4,200 per month

We are looking for an HR professional to support HR operations, digitalisation and employee experience within the public sector.

  • Public sector exposure
  • 1 year contract (Subject for extension
  • Office Hours, Mon to Fri
  • Location: Central Singapore, near MRT
  • Up to $4200 + Medical coverage

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and improve HR workflows
  • Support HR digitalisation and process improvements
  • Create content for employer-branding initiatives
  • Review HR policies and guidelines
  • Coordinate employee-engagement activities and events
  • Support other HR projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder with relevant HR experience
  • Min 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations, employee engagement or process improvement.
