The Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations. You will play an important role across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, training, employee engagement and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
  • Administer and implement HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
  • Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records.
  • Support manpower planning and workforce deployment to ensure the organization maintains the appropriate skills and resources to meet business needs.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company activities such as staff events, dinners and corporate trips.
  • Monitor and report relevant monthly QHSE objectives and performance to the QHSE Manager and senior management.
  • Recommend improvements to HR processes, policies and practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Support talent attraction and retention initiatives in line with business requirements and market trends.
  • Participate in staff meetings and seminars, prepare minutes and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore employment practices, MOM and CPF requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR administration, payroll and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or payroll systems will be an advantage.
