About us Since 1998, LPH Catering has served halal buffets and run institutional canteens across Singapore. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on HR Executive to look after our people.

What you’ll do

  • Manage recruitment and interviews, including working with hiring agencies
  • Handle Work Permit applications and renewals
  • Run monthly attendance and payroll inputs on our HR system
  • Onboard new joiners and manage staff exits
  • Look after staff welfare, including our staff accommodation

What we’re looking for

  • At least 2 years of HR or HR admin experience
  • Working knowledge of MOM regulations and work pass processes
  • Organised and able to manage several outlets and deadlines at once
  • Comfortable working closely with people
