HR Executive | Manufacturing | Payroll & Recruitment

📍 Senoko | North 💰 Up to $4,000/month 📅 1-Year Contract

Great opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to build strong HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing environment. The role provides broad exposure across recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, L&D, HRIS, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, particularly for manufacturing and operational employees • Post vacancies, screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews • Prepare offer letters and maintain employee records • Manage new hire onboarding, including pre-employment medicals, documentation and orientation • Handle employee offboarding, resignation documentation and exit administration • Support work pass applications and renewals where applicable

Payroll & HR Operations

• Prepare and consolidate monthly payroll inputs for outsourced payroll vendor • Verify payroll details and ensure information is accurately processed • Support payroll administration for manufacturing employees • Maintain physical personnel files and employee documentation • Process HR invoices and provide general HR administrative support

Learning, Engagement & HRIS

• Coordinate internal and external training programmes and maintain training records • Handle training grant administration and liaise with training vendors • Support employee engagement activities, recreational events and company functions • Administer HR systems covering leave, claims, time management, training and time-clock attendance • Support employee benefits administration • Coordinate quarterly staff meetings and related logistics • Manage employee-service vendors including transport and other workplace services
