HR Generalist, Payroll | Permanent

📍 Chai Chee 💰 Up to $4,500/month x 13 Months + 2–3 Months Variable Bonus 📌 Permanent Role 🕘 Monday–Friday | 8.15am–5.15pm 🎓 Degree Required

HR Generalist & Operations

• Support day-to-day HR generalist and operational activities • Provide HR administrative and employee lifecycle support • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and overseas operations • Maintain accurate employee information and HR documentation • Support HR reporting and other HR initiatives as required

Payroll

• Support payroll activities for overseas manufacturing plants • Perform first-level payroll verification and checking • Review payroll information for accuracy and identify discrepancies • Support payroll covering a high-volume employee population of up to 3,000 headcount • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues
