💼 Job Description • Support HR projects and day-to-day activities within assigned functions • Undertake regional projects and attachments across APAC markets • Work on cross-functional assignments with different teams and business units • Participate in structured on-the-job training, formal learning and leadership development programmes • Develop HR functional expertise, business acumen and leadership capabilities through hands-on assignments • Work closely with managers and mentors on business projects and initiatives • Participate in regular performance reviews, coaching and career development discussions • Apply analytical and digital tools to support projects and business activities where relevant • Gain exposure to different APAC markets, cultures and business operations

📝 Requirements • Min. bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline • Strong academic achievements and extracurricular involvement advantageous • Strong analytical, critical-thinking and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Power BI, SQL, data analytics, programming or other digital tools advantageous • Must be mobile and willing to travel / undertake regional assignments across APAC
