An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR professional to lead the full spectrum of People & Culture functions and partner closely with senior leadership on workforce strategy, organisational development and employee experience. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution across a growing organisation.
Job Description
- Lead and manage the People & Culture team, providing direction, coaching and support to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Partner senior leadership on workforce strategy, organisational planning and people-related business decisions.
- Translate organisational objectives into practical HR strategies, workforce plans and people initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning to support business and operational requirements.
- Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, retention and employee experience.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters and support the resolution of complex workplace issues.
- Oversee compensation, benefits and HR operations to ensure effective and consistent HR practices.
- Ensure HR policies, processes and practices comply with applicable employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Utilise HR data and analytics to identify trends and support informed workforce decisions.
- Lead HR transformation, digitalisation and process improvement initiatives, including HR system enhancements.
- Support strategic and cross-functional projects as required by senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience, including payroll and team leadership responsibilities.
- Strong experience across the full HR spectrum, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
- Experience in healthcare, service or other people-intensive environments will be advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly when partnering with senior leadership.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools; knowledge of Infotech will be advantageous.
- Postgraduate qualification or MBA will be an advantage.
